Dear Hotel Manager,

I am writing to express my appreciation for the services provided by your hotel for the recent wedding celebration of my cousin, John Doe, and his wife, Jane Smith, on the 20th of December 2022. Overall, the celebration was enjoyable for the guests, but unfortunately, there were a few mistakes that were made by your hotel staff.

Firstly, I would like to mention that the guests were very impressed with the beautiful venue and the delicious food that was provided. The decoration of the event space was elegant and tasteful, and the guests were pleased with the variety of dishes that were offered.

However, there were a few issues that I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly, the service provided by the waitstaff was not up to the standard that we were expecting. The staff seemed to be understaffed and overwhelmed, which resulted in slow service and some guests not receiving their orders. Additionally, there was a mistake in the seating arrangement that caused some confusion and discomfort among the guests.

I understand that these issues may have been caused by unforeseen circumstances, but I believe that they should have been handled better by your staff. I would like to request that you take the necessary steps to ensure that such mistakes are not repeated in the future. I would also appreciate it if you could offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience that was caused.
