It was supposed to be a simple task, but nothing seemed to go right. I had been tasked with delivering an important package to a client across town, but everything that could go wrong, did. I was curious about what was in the package, but I had been told not to open it.
The morning started off on the wrong foot when I overslept and missed my train. I had to rush to catch the next one, and by the time I arrived at the station, I was already running late. As I made my way to the platform, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet at home, leaving me without any money for the train fare. I took his words to heart and decided to put the frustrating day behind me. The next morning, I was determined to deliver the package successfully. I arrived at the client's office on time and finally met the person I was supposed to deliver the package to.
As I handed over the package, the person opened it in front of me and revealed its contents: a brand new state of the art computer. I was struck by the irony of the situation, all the obstacles and difficulties I had faced, were for delivering something as simple as a computer. But, it made me realize that sometimes, it's the journey and not the destination that matters.
